Svaneti museum, tower interiors, a family lunch, and an acclimatising ridge walk.

Day 3

Over the valley

Drive to Mulakhi, walk to the Chalaadi glacier tongue, return along the Enguri.

Day 4

Village day

Zhabeshi and Adishi on foot, lunch with a farming family, night in a village guesthouse.

Days 5-6

Toward Ushguli

The long walk over the Zagari pass, or the 4x4 road for those who prefer it — Ushguli either way.

Day 7

Return & farewell

Sunrise on Shkhara, drive back down the Enguri gorge, farewell dinner in Mestia.
