Day 1

Tbilisi

Arrival, briefing, and an evening in the old town before an early start.

Day 2

Over the pass

The long climb to the Abano pass, first views of Tusheti, night in Omalo.

Day 3

The towers

Keselo towers, the Omalo museum, and an afternoon walk to Shenako.

Day 4

Dartlo

Drive and walk to Dartlo, the stone court house and the old cemetery, guesthouse night.

Shepherd country

A day with a shepherd family on the pasture — cheese, horses and the Girevi road.

Day 7

Down the gorge

Early descent through the Abano gorge and back to Tbilisi for evening departures.
